Refunds are initiated immediately and reflect in your bank account within 48-72 hours. If you have not received the amount, call us and we will look into the issue. If the refund has been initiated from our side, wait for 72 hours. If you still do not receive the amount, you must contact your bank for more details about the transaction.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for return of items that have been opened or used. You will also receive a full refund on returns of defected, damaged or missing items.
