I thought that the aroma would be very overwhelming but it is surprisingly subtle and perfect for me. And it really helps with my joint pain.

I love the gel more than the cream. It leaves a very cooling effect after application. And works within a few minutes.

It’s easy to use but leaves a slight oily residue after application. I apply it before sleeping on my ankles and put on a sock to avoid it from rubbing with other the sheets and blanket.
